• Kapas and the final cotton are all kept on cemented floor.
• Minimum human handling is done of the kapas while transferring it to the ginning machine.
• Workers have to tie their hair and hang a bag around their neck to pick any type of trash visible.
• All cleaning is done by cotton/cloth brooms - no jute or synthetic brooms are used for cleaning the premises.
• The cotton bales are packed in cotton cloth - (NO PLASTIC OR JUTE MATERIAL USED )
• As a result of all this, we are capable to provide raw cotton with very less trash percentage.
• Heap of seed cotton is made on RCC plant from under shed.
• Engage extra labors to remove contaminants from seed cotton.
• Provide all workers with cotton clothing to ware & cap to cover head (Reduces hairiness problem)

• The bolts, metal wires & other metal are removed by Metal detector.
• Use of PET plastic straps for fastening cotton bales to prevent from metal rusting
• Cotton cloths of BIS standard are use to covered fully pressed cotton bales to prevent against contamination.
• Adhesive label are used for labeling.
• To store cotton bales in covered godawn to avoid their exposures to wind rain dust etc.
